Barbara Franklin

Barbara Franklin, 76, of West Hamlin, WV passed away on Friday February 16, 2024 at home. 

She was born July 22, 1947 a daughter of the late George and Nanny Charles New.  She was also preceded in death by a son James Earl Blankenship; her sisters Sally Mutter and Elizabeth Mutter; and her brothers Leslie New, Frank New, Henry New, and David New.

She was a homemaker

She is survived by her husband Ronnie Franklin of West Hamlin; her daughters Molly R. Clark of Huntington, WV, and Bobbie J Blankenship of Wolcottville, IN; a son Jeff Blankenship of Teays Valley, WV; a brother Jim Tiller of Georgia; seven grandkids, 12 great grandkids; and several nieces and nephews.
