Summer Dawn Jefferson Medina, March 15,1980 - November 19,2019. Summer Dawn gained her wings on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at her home in Madison.
She was preceded in death by her daddy Mickey Jefferson.
Those left here to cherish her memory: husband, Thomas Medina; her precious angels, Destiny Jean-Marie, Desiree December, and DeShanta Mae, all of Madison; stepson, Michael Stila; and stepdaughter, Nicole Medina. Summer is also survived by her mom, Martha Jefferson of Madison; sister, Stacie (Chris) Walls of Hewett, WV; nephews, Patrick Wayne and Tyler Jefferson both of Hewett; along with a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
Summer loved her family and was their protector. Now she will be their guardian angel.
Summer has been cremated and the family will be having a celebration of her life at a later date.
