Sherry Lynn Rakes

Sherry Lynn Rakes of Branchland, WV passed away peacefully in her home Monday, March 30, 2020 at the age of 69.
She was preceded in death by her parents Okey and Imogene Noe; and one brother Gordon Gregory Noe.
Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Billy Rakes of Branchland, WV; one son, Dustin Rakes and his wife Tina and their children Cheyanne and Jaxon all of Harts, WV; one daughter, Nicole J. Wiley and her husband David Wiley of Sebastian, Florida; one brother, Okey Noe II and his wife Greta and their children Jenna and Sophie all of Morgantown WV; and one niece, Tara Noe of Huntington, WV.
Sherry was a kind soul and was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Cremation proceedings are in order and the family will hold a small graveside ceremony at a later date.
McGhee Handley Funeral Home in West Hamlin, WV is assisting the family.
