Sharron Kathleen (Mitchell) Nichols

Sharron Kathleen (Mitchell) Nichols was born on September 15,1970 and passed away from Covid pneumonia on July 6, 2022.
Sharron was born and resided in Boone County, West Virginia. The daughter of Ralph and Linda Bragg and the Late Billy Mitchell also of Boone County. The granddaughter of the late Ilan and Ernie White and Robert and Barbara Mitchell.
Sharron was a 1988 graduate of Van High School in Van West Virginia. Sharron married Bruce Nichols, her high school sweetheart who preceded her in death by only a week.
Sharron had two children, Jessica (Jason) Kinder of Van WV and Brandon (Savannah) Mitchell of Brohard, WV. God blessed her with four beautiful grandchildren whom she cherished, Kaden, Boston, Piper and Griffin.
Sharron was employed by Giovanni's restaurant in Van, WV. She spent most of her life as a homemaker in which she took great pride. Sharron was a carrot cake master chef ! Her potato soup and chicken and dumplings were renowned by the entire family. Shockingly she was able to stay thinner than her daughter even with all of that mouth watering cooking. Sharron loved spending time at camp fishing with her grandchildren and exploring the river. One of the highlights of her life was being in a BonJovi video and she would never let us forget that she was almost famous. She was a star to us. Her quick wit and Jeopardy queen knowledge kept us all laughing. She lit up any room she was in with her beauty and "natural" auburn hair! She was her mothers Angel! Her brother David's best friend and so many special things to each of us. Sharron was also blessed with the very best Dad anyone could ask for in Ralph, who saw to it that anything she needed was provided for. Sharron was a lover of family and had plenty with her sisters Debra and Keri and her brothers Billy Dean, Michael " Pete, David and Nathan. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins who will all miss and mourn her terribly.
A memorial service and scattering will be held on Thursday July 14th at 6:00 pm at Mid Ferrell Cemetery in Bandytown WV.
