Rocky Bill Osborne

Rocky Bill Osborne, 59, of Williams Mountain went to be with the Lord on December 9, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Rocky was born July 16, 1960. He grew up on the family homestead on Williams Mountain. He attended Van Jr. Sr. High School and graduated in 1978. He was a retired coal miner who worked hard to support his family. He loved hunting, root digging, watching westerns, eating good food, 4wheeling and country music. Dolly Parton was his favorite.
He is survived by his wife Kimberly Osborne of Williams Mountain; two daughters, Candi (Gary) Ball of Lincolntn, NC and Brandi (Marshall) Underwood of Augusta, GA; sons, Ryan "Scotty" Smith of Williams Mountain and Jeremy Lee Brogan of Chicago, Illinois; grandchildren, Addison, Natalie, Grayson, and Eleanor Ball, and Margaret and Benjamin Underwood; siblings Hersey Taylor (Darlene) Osborne of Seth, Thelma Osborne of NC, Mary Ann Osborne (Tim Stollings) of NC, Rebecca Stollings of Ohio, Sheila Green of Madison, James Osborne of NC, Kathy Osborne Wood of WV and Phillip Osborne of Arkansas and Sharon Osborne of Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his late wife and mother of his children, Mary (Mitchell) Osborne; parents Hersey and Delcie Osborne; siblings Oral Joseph Osborne, Terry Osborne and Carolyn Sue Smith. He had many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly; his favorite nephew Job; and his fur baby Callie Dawn.
His beautiful smile and sense of humor will be missed by all that loved him. Kimberly his first true love will see him again one day.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 16 at Osborne Cemetery, Williams Mountain, WV with Phil Rowe and Patty Smith officiating.
