Mark Edward Doss, 44, of Barrett, WV went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 23, 2020.
He was born on April 2, 1975. He was a 1994 graduate of Van Junior/Senior High School and attended Greenwood Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather Daniel Green; and his grandparents Carmel and Edith Doss who loved him dearly; and nephew Connor Jacob Green.
He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Elaine (Doss) Green; sister, Kimberly Danielle Wilson of Barrett; brother, Daniel Jason Green of Prenter; grandparents, Carmel E. Doss and Shirley Woodrum Doss; and eight nieces and nephews whom he loved. Mark was loved by everyone who knew him. He loved to go to church and he loved Jesus. Mark held a special place in his heart for Jimmie Sanders who loved Mark as his own child.
Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 26 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Shelia Workman officiating. Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
