Geneva Walls, 89, of Van went home to be with the Lord at Dignity Hospice House on January 2, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her father James Runyon and mother Agnes Runyon; husband George “Scotty” Walls; daughter Sharon; son Paul Doug; brother Paul Runyon; and sister Ruth Walker.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hartman, son in law David and grandson, Brian Harman all of Julian.
She was a lifelong member of Wharton Missionary Baptist Church.
A very special thank you to all her caregivers who showed her so much love.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 5 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Darrell Searls officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
