On November 19, 2014 our beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend, Debbie Sue Dunlap, 52, of Comfort, WV passed away peacefully at home.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 13 years, Andy Ul Dunlap; and father, John Brest Jr. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7.
She was born January 3, 1962 in Mercer, PA. She had a passion for growing plants, baking and caring for others.
She leaves behind two daughters, Jennifer of Chicago, IL and Amber of Seth; a son, Brian of Racine; parents, Mom and Dad Dunlap of Joes Creek; brothers, David (Diana) Brest of Hermatige, PA, Christopher of Bulter, PA, Mark (Tammy) of Peytona; sisters, Karen (Theodore) Halstead of Prenter, Katey Marsh of Ferdonia, PA and Darlene (Mark) Moon of Mercer, PA. She also leaves many nieces; nephews; cousins; and special friends.
Service will be2 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Toney Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Junior Perdue officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Alpha Cemetery, Kanawha City.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
