Dallas B. Watson of Branchland, WV went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2018.

Dallas was the son of the late Kisel and Corene Watson of Branchland, WV. Dallas was preceded by his loving wife of 55 years, Novella (Sally) Watson.

Dallas is survived by six sisters Myrtle, Jean, Jewell, Hazel, Linda and Genevieve and one brother Freddie. He leaves behind one daughter, Barb Watson, and three sons Johnny and Trish Watson, Timmy and Missy Watson and Bobby and Betty Watson.

Poppaw Dallas's humor, wittiness and ingenuity will be greatly missed by his family and his nine grandchildren: T.J., Shaeson, Shawntae, Justin and Brittaney, Tyler, Kyle and Nicole, Nessa, Lucas and Ashley and his 12 great grandchildren Jacob, Kai, Addisyn Jaxsyn, Hunter, Gunner, Dalton, Anthony, Jeremiah, Kylee, Shyanna and Gracie.

Dallas spent his life creating beautiful works of art from wood, riding motorcycles with his friends and family, gardening with his wife and keeping them all entertained with his jokes and stories.

He worked as a Well Tender for Guyan Oil Company and repaired everybody's motorcycle on Four mile.

He dedicated his life to the Lord on April 17, 2016 when he was baptized by his dear friend Paul Triplett.

The family thanks everyone for their love and support, and a special heartfelt Thank You to his dear friends and caregivers Maelene and Danny Napier who have shown him so much love and kindness over the last years.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Sunday November 11, 2018 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin with Robert Watts officiating. The burial will follow in the Watson Cemetery, Branchland, WV.
A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
