Corey Allen Morton of Charleston, WV departed this life on Friday, June 19, 2020 at the age of 50.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 19 1/2 years, Martha Hatfield Morton; mother, Laura Morton; brother, Chris Morton;
sisters, Melissa Bonbright (Brian), and Elyse Boyajian (Tom); uncle, Ron Morton (Cyn); aunts, Teresa Hotta (Frank) and
Cindy Christian (Chuck); father & mother-in-law, David & Hope Hatfield; brother-in-law, David Hatfield; sister-in-
law, Rebekah Hatfield; nephews, Gage & Collin Edwards, and Markus Hatfield; nieces, Lilia & Kyley Morton, and Maryah
Harris; and numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rod "Pops" Morton and paternal grandmother Melva Morton.
Corey was born on September 19, 1969 in San Jose, CA. He enjoyed fishing, furniture refinishing,
auctions and spending time with family and friends.
Memorial Service will be on Saturday, June 27th, 2 PM at McGhee Handley Funeral Home,6670 McClellan St, West Hamlin, WV 25571.
