Chadwick M. Blethen, 40, of Chandler, AZ formerly of Boone County, WV gained his heavenly wings and went to be with his brother Bryan Blethen and the Lord Jesus on May 31, 2022.
He was a 2000 graduate of Scott High School, Madison, retired from the United States Air Force, and an Eagle Scout.
He is survived by his wife, Lovelyn Blethen and daughter, Addison Blethen of Chandler AZ; his father, Randy Blethen, his mother, Darlene Hager; and sister Kathryn Blethen.
Chad has been a great man and a soldier to our country.
Graveside service will 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Memory Gardens, Madison, WV with Rev Ray Barker officiating. Military Honors by Daniel Boone VFW Post 5578, Madison WV and the Air Force Military Honor Guard.
Visitation will be 9:45a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville WV.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Boy Scout Troop 289, 2nd. Street, Madison, WV 25130.
