Cecil Elroy Kelley

Cecil Elroy Kelley, Jr., 66, of Turtle Creek, WV passed away April 14, 2019.

He was born May 9, 1952 at Ethel, WV and was a son of the late Cecil and Dorothy Kelley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Burgess; and son, Curtis Kelley.

He is survived by his wife Linda; sons, Cecil of Peytona, WV, James of Ironton, OH, Melvin of Turtle Creek, WV and Christopher of Foster, WV; daughters, Crystal Elkins of Hewett, WV, Rhonda Osborne of Chesapeake, WV and Dorothy Kelley of Chapmanville, WV; brothers, Curtis of South Prince George, VA; sisters, Janet Hutchinson of South Prince George, VA and Deloris Bender of Big Ugly, WV. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, Victor and Shelby Elkins, Mason Shelton, Kaitlin and Kristina Kelley, Isaiah, Alexis, Tiffany, Cecil, Nathan and Piper Kelley, Makaylee, Cecily, Kay, Brayden, and Hazal Lynn Kelley, and Braylen and Kinley Kelley.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 17 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville with Richard Runyan and Franklin Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
