She was born Sept 19, 1962 in Waukegan, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Wheatley, her son David Wheatley and father Harold Hill.
She is survived by her mother; Patsy Ellis Toney of Danville, WV, brother; Russell (Donetta) Hill of Chapmanville, WV, two nieces and three great nieces.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV.
Burial will be in Memory Gardens, Madison, WV at a later date.
