Carlis Dale Cremeans

Carlis Dale Cremeans, 72, of West Hamlin, WV went home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2021. He was born July 16, 1949 in West Hamlin to the late Norman and Ima (Davis) Cremeans. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired Rail Switchman. He was a member of Peaceful Valley Church. Dale was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Clara; son, Michael (Laura) Cremeans; daughter, Jeanne (Matt) Miller; daughter, Laura (Shaun) Burton; grandchildren, Cody Cremeans, Tanner (Destiny) Cremeans, Riley Burton, Sawyer Burton, Wyatt Miller, and Wade Miller; siblings, Hansford (Brenda) Cremeans, Donna (Myrl) Gue, Rosemary (Warren) Spence, Vicky Bowen, Rick (Debbie) Cremeans, Angie (Mark) Terry, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service will be 11:00am Saturday December 18 at Peaceful Valley Church. A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will follow in the Green Valley Cemetery, Branchland, WV. McGhee-Handley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
