Sharon Lynn Ball Vickers, 67, of Alkol, WV passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017.
She was born in Madison on December 31, 1949 to the late William and Nina Nelson Ball. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jimmy, Terry and Charles; and three sisters, Gloria, Glemma and Delores.
She is survived by her husband, Victor Vickers; son, Chad Kuhn of Jeffrey; daughters, Lynn McCallister and Crystal Vickers both of Alkol; grandchildren, Kelsie Vickers, Roger McCallister and Keaton Vickers; step-children, Joe Vickers and Kristi Vickers; step-grandchildren, Victoria Riggs, Kayla Vickers and Stephanie Vickers; sister, Lucetta Ferrell of Logan; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was a former clerk at Julian Mini Mart. She loved to sew.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 22 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Gary Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Vickers Cemetery, Alkol.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
