Sharon Fern Sigmon

Sharon Fern Sigmon departed this world August 20, 2016 at her home in Greenwood WV at the age of 63.
She was preceded in death by father, Dallas Wooten; father and mother in law, Tunsel and Elva Sigmon; and brother in law Ernest “Tootie” Sigmon.
She was a member of the Wharton Church of God.
Sharon was a good Christian woman and loved God unconditionally. Those that knew her always knew her faith in God.
Sharon leaves behind her husband of 46 years Calvin Lee Sigmon; two sons, Andy (Michelle) Sigmon, and Jason (Tawana) Sigmon; five grandchildren, Tyler Sigmon, Shiann Sigmon, Trevor Sigmon, Kieana Sigmon and Blake Sigmon; mother, Dana Wooten; sister, Rhonda (Delbert) Elkins; brother; Mike (Roberta) Wooten; brother in law, Frankie Sigmon; sisters in law, Viola (Paul) Ritchie and Caroline (Taterbug) Moore; and she was aunt to 14 nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Mathew Johner officiating. Burial follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
