Roy David Dolin, 72, of Ridgeview, WV passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 26, 1946, a son of the late Albert and Elgie Faye Dolin. He was also preceded in death by one brother John Henry Dolin; and two sisters Vivian Barnett and Janie Cremeans.
He worked for the Department of Highways until he retired.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Brenda Kay Dolin of Ridgeview, WV; sons, David Dolin and Timmy Dolin both of Ridgeview, WV; daughters, Tanya Dolin and Richard of Campbells Creek, WV and Sanya and David Hartwell of St. Albans, WV; seven grandchildren, Deidra, Diana, Derek, Timmy, Zach, Nate, and Chelsea; three great-grandchildren, Layla, Gunner and Marlee; siblings, Becky Adkins of Ridgeview, WV, Cathy and Wayne Gillispie of Julian, WV, Larry Dolin and Emma Lou of Julian, WV, and Ida Mae Royster of Florida.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 29 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Gary Bowman and Luke Jowett officiating. Burial will follow in Dolin Cemetery, Camp Creek, WV.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
