Rex Venron Miller 53 of Danville WV formerly of Rand,WV passed away at Thomas Memorial Hospital, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 after a battle with cancer.
He was born December 31, 1959 in Charleston, WV to the late Ernest and Ilene Craddock Miller formerly of Rand, WV. Also preceded in death by a brother Teddy Miller.
He was a graduate of Dupont High School, Belle, WV, and a member of Quinland Church of Christ.
He is survived by a dedicated and caring fiancée Debbie Green of Danville, fiancées father; David Green of Danville, brother; Terry (Patricia) Miller of Myrtle Beach SC, sisters; Sandy (Bernard) Casdorph of Pinch and Connie(Gordon) Reece of South Charleston, special nephew Joshua Mister, a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to the Boone County Ambulance we couldn’t have done it without you, to Dr. Brian Plants who took time to talk to with us. The Comfort Care Unit on the 2nd floor at Thomas Hospital.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Handley Funeral Home, Danville WV with Mark Wheatley officiating. Burial will follow in Allen Cemetery, Low Gap.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
