Phyllis Loraine Jarrell

Phyllis Loraine Porter Jarrell, 77 of West Hamlin, WV passed away on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.
She was born March 16, 1940 a daughter of the late Norvil and Loreda Bragg Porter. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Godby; a granddaughter, Stephanie lien; and a brother, Clifford “H. C.” Porter.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Jarrell; her children, Sharon Day (Claude), Teresa Lien (Curtis), Wendell Mullins Jr., and Richard Mullins; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; one brother, Sherill Porter (Paulina); a sister-in-law, Helen Porter; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV with Tim Pauley officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memory Gardens, Hamlin.
Visitation will be from 12 until 2 on Saturday.
