Michael Lee Cantley, 56, of Alum Creek formerly of Foster, WV passed away on July 15, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston.
He was an employee of Frontier Communications and a member of the Alum Creek Church of Christ. He was a loving father and a wonderful person and friend to everyone who met him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorsey and Mary Harvey Cantley of Foster.
He is survived by his fiancé, Patricia Marcum and her children all of Alum Creek; one daughter, Tiffany L. Cantley of Foster; sister, Linda Cantley Smith of Foster; two nieces, Sara Lindstrom of Foster and Shawna Nunnery of Madison; two great-nephews; one great-great-niece and nephew; and a special group of friends.
Services will be 2 pm Friday, July 18 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Joseph Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
