Larry Douglas Kincaid, 66, of Madison was born December 11, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Kincaid; and his wife Frances Irene Kincaid.
He was the owner of Boone County Ready Mix in Madison.
He is survived by his mother, Francis Kincaid of West Madison; brother, Kenneth Kincaid of West Madison; sister, Rebecca Harless of Powell Creek; niece, Michelle Miller; nephew, Doug Harless; great nephews, Stephen Miller and Brandon Harless; and great niece, Stephanie Miller.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Richard Runyon officiating. Entombment will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
