Juanita Ida Bell Fowler 79 of Ridgeview, WV died Jan. 4, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV. Funeral service will be 2 pm Tuesday, Jan. 7, Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Larry Ross and Stevie Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Kinder Cemetery, Costa, WV. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She was a homemaker and attended Morning Star Church, Nellis, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, America Mick and Paulina Hester Clohe Elizabeth Grimmitt Kinder, and son Morgan Mullins.
She is survived by her husband; Millard Gene Fowler, sons; Turley Ray Kinder and Frenchie Mullins, daughters; Eula Bias and Mary Egnor, granddaughters, Brenda Little, Michele Pauley, Laverine Bias, Misty Bias, Chasity Mullins, Crystal Mullins, and Tonya Mullins, grandsons, Leon Mullins, Thomas, Mullins, DanielBias, and Turley Kinder, Jr., and several great grandchildren.
