Jeffery Allen Toney 50 of Harts, WV died July 15, 2014. Funeral service will be 11 am Saturday, July 19, 2014 Handley Funeral Home, Danville. Burial will follow in Adkins Cemetery, Laurel Ck. Harts, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
He is survived by his daughter and her mother; Shelby Toney and Cathy Hill, of Harts, brothers; Fulton, Randy and Herman, sisters; Nancy and Rebecca, several nieces and nephews.
