Jearldean Clay, 82, of Madison, WV was born August 22, 1935 and passed away February 19, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Clay; mother and father, Montie and Rema Thompson; son, Robert Clay; brother, Freddie Thompson; grandson, Tyler Edward Hager; and two great grandchildren.
Jearldean was a homemaker and a member of Cox's Fork Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Rema (Timmy) Hager; sons, Obed (Lisa) Clay, and Joey Clay; sister, Peggy (Barry) Bias; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 23 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Harley Egnor and Calvin Jackson officiating. Brooke Boling will be singing. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
