Glenna Mae Harris

Glenna Mae Harris, 84, of Branchland, WV died March 17, 2014 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. She was born January 5, 1930 a daughter of the late Junie and Carrie Winters Midkiff. She was also preceded in death by her husband Clyde Joe Harris of Branchland, and her son Fredrick Harris also of Branchland.

She is survived by four sons, Billy Joe Harris (Peggy) of Georgia, Keith Harris of West Hamlin, Steven Harris of Georgia, and Paul (Brenda) Harris also of Georgia; one special daughter-in-law Sheila Harris and husband Wayne Hager of Branchland; 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends she leaves behind.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday March 20, 2014 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Russell “Buck” Adkins and Bobby Burns officiating. Burial will follow at Harris Cemetery, Branchland. Viewing will be from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
