Frank "Frenchie" French Jr.

Frank French, Jr. (Frenchie), age 73, of Clothier, WV died on April 12, 2017 in Charleston, WV.
Frank Jr. was born on August 24, 1943 to the late Frank and Julia French of Clothier, WV. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeanette Harris, Gardenia Turner, Diane Gillenwater, Glenda Early, LaDonna Thompson and Henry Ray French.
He is survived by his siblings, Francine French of Bladensburg, MD, Benita (Rev. Audie) Murphy of Clothier, WV, Renita Elmore of Bladensburg, MD, Minister Rickey (Jophenia) French of Holden, WV and Tonya Saunders of Arlington, VA; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At an early age Frank Jr. moved to Atlantic City, NJ, to Huntington, WV and then to Detroit, Michigan where he resided for the majority of his life. He retired from General Motors Corporation in Michigan. He was deeply involved with “The Hell Raisers Motorcycle Club” where he has an extended family that are too numerous to mention by name, but he loved them all dearly. During the latter part of his life he returned back to his hometown in Clothier, WV.
On Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 2 p.m. a funeral service will be held at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with the Rev. Michael Pollard officiating. Viewing will be held two hours prior to the service.
