Feaster “Tippy” Vickers, 93, of Gallipolis, Ohio formerly of Whitesville, WV passed away August 5, 1014.
He was born October 28, 1920 at Woodville, WV and was a son of the late Cessco and Ollie Vickers. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Vickers; son, Timothy Keith Vickers; and sister, Mildred Vickers Thomas.
He is survived his step-daughter, Dollie Estep of Florida; step-grandson, Robert Estep of Florida; half-sister, Orpha Browning of Dunbar; nieces, Tootie (Jerrell) Holbrook of Sod and Ruth (Johnny) Egnor of Griffithsville; nephew, Carl (Ann) Egnor of Sumerco; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Billy Silva officiating. Burial will follow in Pauley Cemetery, Laurel Fork, Woodville.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
