Edsel Lee Perry

Edsel Lee Perry died peacefully at Boone Memorial Hospital on December 27, 2014 in Madison, WV. He was 83.

Mr. Perry was born on May 14, 1931 in Bald Knob, WV to his parents, Walter and Anna Perry. He worked at Eastern Associated Coal for 42 years.

Mr. Perry is survived by brother, Gene Perry of Bald Knob, WV; his daughter, Anna Abshire of Madison, WV; grandchildren, Michelle George of Fayetteville, NC and Michael Cregger of Palo Cedro, CA. He has 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mr. Perry’s viewing will be held Monday, December 29, 2014 from 6-8pm at Handley’s Funeral Home for friends and family. His funeral will take place on December 30, 2014 at Handley’s Funeral Home at 2pm followed by his burial at Workman’s Cemetery at Bald Knob.
