Edith M. Adkins, 70, of Alkol passed away April 25, 2014 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV.
She was born October 11, 1943 at Lake, WV and was a daughter of the late Clyde and Nellie Albright Price. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Harold.
She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Sherry Lynn Maynor of Jeffrey; brothers, John Price of Clothier, Luke Price of Mullins; sons, Rickey Lee Coffee of Texas and Ronnie J. Coffee of Alkol; step-son, Michael Adkins of Alkol; step-daughter, Kimberly Dawn Smith of Julian; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Steve Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery, Lake.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
