Dwanna Ann Bell Workman “Donna or Momma Donna”, 59, of Madison WV departed this life January 3, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington WV.
She was born on Christmas Eve, December 24, 1958 to Dennis Bell and Sue Davis. She was preceded in death by her father Dennis; sister, Pam Elswick; nephew, Casey Elswick; and long time companion, Timmy Jo Adkins.
Donna was a home health care nurse who enjoyed and was passionate about helping others. She was a mother to many and was everyone’s Momma Donna. She never met a stranger.
In addition to her mother Sue Davis, Donna is survived by her beloved children, Franklin “Beetle” Workman and Jennifer Workman both of Madison, WV; stepson, Cliff Workman; and her four precious grandbabies, Xavier Workman, Savannah Drake, Mallory and Logan White; and her best friend and long time companion, Kippy Workman of Madison.
Donna was a beautiful, loving woman who never met a stranger. All who knew her loved her.
Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2018 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Chuck Gillispie officiating. The family will gather at 9:30 a.m. with friends gathering at l0 a.m. until service time. A graveside service will follow immediately after the funeral in Boone Memorial Park, Madison, WV.
