Debra Lynn Fowler, 50, of Julian was born September 21, 1963 and passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her father, Freddie Thompson.
She is survived by her husband, James “Coonie” Fowler of Julian; son, James Levi Fowler of Camp Creek; mother, Jeanette (Risty) Ellis of Six Mile; sister, Peggy (Barry) Bias of Danville; and brother Mike Thompson of Danville. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
