Darrell J. Dean

Darrell J. Dean, 77, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born March 23, 1936 a son of the late Henry and Ella Williamson Dean. He was a retired truck driver for Maverick in Little Rock, AK.
He is survived by his wife Marjory Dean; stepdaughter Jean (Lonnie) Davidson of Lavalette; stepson Zachary Richardson of Biloxi, MS; brother Burl Dean (Dorothy) of Branchland; sisters Martha Hager of Columbus, OH , Helen Aliff (Carl) of Twinsburg, OH, Mary Ruth Shepard, of Hurricane, WV, seven step grandchildren, seven step great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home in West Hamlin, WV with Cothea Workman officiating. Burial will follow at Warrick Cemetery in Branchland, WV. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Monday at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV.
