Dan B. Napier 78 of Madison, WV died peacefully on June 18, 2015.
Dan was a disabled coal miner, an avid fisherman and a WVU fan. He loved his family and his church friends, his neighbors and his dog, Cricket. He attended Prayer Connection and Fountain of Life Worship Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue; his parents Jones and Carrie Napier; his brothers Arthur ”Doc” and Bobby; and sisters Henrietta Rice and Helen York.
Dan is survived by his sons, Scott and wife Connie, Danny and wife Vicky and Rick. He leaves behind his special grandchildren who loved him with all their heart, Carrie Napier and companion Justin Ravan, Kayla Dingess and husband Jordan, Scotty Napier, Monika Garland and Mindi Allison. He also leaves behind his two great-granddaughters, Aubrey Sue and Olivia Anna Dingess; and a great-grandson, Treat Alexander Allison.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Fountain of Life Worship Center, Rock Creek with the Rev. Stacy Dingess officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior at the church.
