Bill Donahue, 91, departed this life Friday, December 13, 2013 in Florida.
He was born July 8, 1922 in Branchland, WV, a son of the late Dennie and Nancy Watson Donahue. He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Ernie, Dan, Forrest, Jack and Raymond; two sisters, Lillian and Hatti.
He was a World War II veteran.
He is survived by his beloved wife Mary; one son Greg; one daughter Charlene; two grandsons, Chris and Donavan; three sisters, Clara, Virg and Ruth; and one brother, Russell.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Thursday, December 19, 2013 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Russell Donahue, Greg Dial and Lonnie Gore officiating. The burial will follow in the Dial Cemetery, Branchland, WV where a military graveside service will be conducted.
A viewing will be from 11:00am until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
