Betty "Louise" Hill

Betty “Louise” Hill, 84, of Charleston, formerly of Julian passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 and is finally at rest with her Savior and family with whom she longed for.
She is survived by one son, Micheal (Melody) Hill of Tornado; one granddaughter, Ashley Hill of Washington, DC; one sister, Vera Griffith of Charleston; and one brother, Wayne (Brenda) Griffith of Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Hill; mother, Ineze Griffith; brothers, Robert “Bob”, Eugene (Doris) and Larry Griffith; as well as baby sister, Diane.
Louise was a long time member of Olive Branch Baptist Church.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Golden Living Nursing Home, Glasgow for their exceptional care. They treated her like family.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, February 20 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Dwight McClure officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 1601 Second Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387.
